Through competitions held annually, the Georgetown Democracy Initiative seeks and funds proposals from Georgetown University students and faculty for small grants to support research focused on democracy; for developing innovative courses and student-oriented co-curricular activities focused on democracy; and for mini-conferences, workshops, panels, book launch events, and guest speakers addressing democracy around the world.
